Melissa McKendrick is a US-based recruiter who has worked in New Zealand on two separate occasions, across different cities, in both medical and oncology settings.

Mel brings over 15 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, having worked in busy metropolitan centres as well as rural hospitals in both the USA and New Zealand. She has first-hand experience of relocating to New Zealand as a single nurse without existing connections, and later returning with her husband and two children — giving her a unique perspective on both professional and family relocation. Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast.
